Sahelis work actively to promote equality and justice for immigrants. In cooperation with other community groups we work constantly to bring issues of racism and intolerance to the public's attention.

• Visa workshops twice a year for people traveling to India
• We work with lawyers to resolve issues that concern the community. Our lawyers work on a confidential basis with those seeking assistance and guidance.

• Saheli has a domestic violence fund to help needy women
