Saheli’s ‘The Art Affair’ Fundraising Event
Saheli Board regrets to inform you of the postponement of Saheli’s upcoming event ‘The Art Affair scheduled for December 5th at 3.00 pm. Information about the new date will be forthcoming.
For Saheli, the safety and well-being of the community is very important. The increase in Covid-19 cases in Massachusetts and the uncertainties around the emerging variants of the pandemic has led us to make the decision to postpone the Dec 5th Art Affair event. This is also due to many calls/ concerns from the public & ticket holders about the safety/health risks of holding an indoor event with a large number of people, in light of the new variant which has prompted travel bans and other such precautionary measures. As you may be aware, The Art Affair event was going to be our largest fundraiser to support critical services to survivors of domestic violence. The fact that you bought tickets for this event, shows your commitment to our mission and Saheli’s work.
