For 24 years, Saheli has served and helped South Asian survivors of domestic violence and their families in Massachusetts. The Covid-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected vulnerable women and children already struggling under the burden of domestic violence and financial insecurity.
They need our support now and will need it even more in the coming year!
Saheli is organizing a virtual Indian music concert –
Saheli Sur Aur Sangeet, on December 12, 2020 at 6 PM.
We hope to raise funds to help Saheli ensure that survivors do not become homeless, slip into poverty, and have enough support to take care of their health and well-being. Just this year, Saheli has provided services to over 245 survivors and their children, an unfortunate increase of over 40% from last year!
