DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION EMPOWERMENT & EDUCATION
Saheli is a social service agency and provides free services to victims and survivors of domestic violence. Our office is in Burlington, Massachusetts and we also provide services in Waltham, Shrewsbury and Quincy. Services include safety and survival planning, physical and mental health resources, legal and immigration referrals and benefits counseling. We also hold a support group for South Asian women in Burlington.
We welcome requests for financial aid from residents of Massachusetts who are South Asian. Awards are given to low income women, women who are survivors of intimate partner and domestic violence, are seeking education, skills, certification or opportunities to advance their careers such as English language fluency, driving lessons, computer courses, etc.
