Candlelight Vigil at Burllington Police Department

Twenty women, men and children met at the Burlington Police Department on Friday October 5th at 6:30 pm to light candles in the memory of people who have lost their lives to domestic violence. Sahelis were joined by members of the Burlington community and the candles were of great interest to the seven children who also attended. Thank you Detective Anne Marie Browne and Merle Kushner of Lahey Hospital and Medical Center for helping Saheli to organize this vigil.

Every year, across the world, women lose their lives to domestic violence. Join Saheli in putting an end to domestic violence in your community and across Massachusetts.
